Im have an older Gateway computer its got 18GB of hard drive and only like 338 MB of RAM, im gettin into games that take alot of space and take alot ot run (world of warcraft) it runs not but very slow i was just wondering do you think it would be worth it to get any exteral hard drive and a RAM upgrade or just go with a whole new tower? i really dont have 600-800$ for a tower but is it a waste to spend 200-300$ on upgrades or in the long run just better to get a new tower?

Well for a gaming PC id suggest you buy a new pc upgrading an older pc like that is like trying to paint a car under water.USELESS there are plenty of places out there to purchase a pc for less then you would expect. You should be able to get a decent pc for under 600.00 check newegg.com or for that matter check ebay.com for gaming pc's but beware on ebay.Just make sure you are getting what you are paying for.

Wait, and save up for a new computer that comes SHIPPED with Windows Vista (mid 2007 should be fine). You don't want to suffer through trying to upgrade from XP to Vista. You can get decent Windows computer so cheap these days it doesn't make sense to upgrade everything you'll need.want to upgrade.

construction one to the specification which you particularly choose is often going to be greater fee-effective than determining to purchase one to the comparable well-known. it somewhat is offering which you have the needed wisdom to construct it interior the 1st place. while you at the instant are not effective adequate to construct it then you definately could have one equipped for you, it is going to likely be somewhat greater high priced yet not too lots. custom builds are additionally much less complicated to enhance, many times, than prebuilt ones too! I at present plan on construction a DX10 in a position device for below £2 hundred (it somewhat is obtainable in accordance to an editorial in this months workstation format!)
