I want to get bulkier for sports. I am 5ft 10in and 135 lbs and 14 yrs old. I am afraid though that if I drink a protein shake right before I go to bed that it will turn into fat, not muscle mass. My goal is to reach 150 lbs. My main sport is basketball

Patience! At 14, your body is still groing on it's own. Don't push it!

we have the same problem. i'm 5'10, 140, and 14. i drink a protein shake b4 and after working out, and it's helped me gain about 10 lbs. but remember, its not gonna happen over night
