(a hypothetical question on greed and sacrifice, if it bothers you don't bother answering)
If a scientific research committee were to pay you 4 million dollars would you let them turn you into a tree for 6 months. It would sort of be like you'd show up, they'd ask you to take your shoes off and go stand in a grass field, your feet would start to tingle and you'd realize your rooted to the spot. Then your arms would become branches with leaves, etc. It would continue until your a tree, but fully aware like a human. So as your not lonely you can turn a someone or something into a tree next to you.
If you would where would you want to be rooted and what type of tree. If you wanted someone to be turned into a tree next to you who?
If not how much money would it take to get you to do this?
You can add detail but thats not important.

LoL... that's a fun question... i think i would only if i was sure that it would last for only 6 month and i would turn back the same as i were before... i would want to be a very tall and big tree overlooking whatever the city i would be rooted in... i would turn some comedian into a tree to be next to me so i won't get bored... but i wouldn't want people humping on me (meaning the tree) or cutting me down... i would have done it for 4 million dollar... why do you ask? do you have an offer?

How cool is that. I wouldn't do it for a dime and never for scientific research. But definitely as a continum of my spiritual awakening. I wouldn't make anyone else a tree unless they truly wanted to know what it was like.
I think sometimes that it is possible in our spiritual evolution to have been a tree or an object. As we become self-aware, we evolve in the next life into something more and more until we are as we are today.
Eventually I believe we will be one and all. And we will not only be a tree but be everyone and all that is the universe.

No i wouldn't. I like my freedom to do anything i want. I think being a tree is a life in hell. you can't move, you just stand there and watch. No amount of money would ever do it for me. I think after six months i would have gone crazy, so what would i do with the money.

As long as I'd be turned back 100% after 6 months, I definitely would! I'd want to be in my yard so I could still be with my kids every day, and I don't care what kind of tree, just as long as they could climb all over me! My dad could build them a tree house and we could have sleepovers! LOL

I'd do it for 4 million......H*LL, I'd do it for free if it worked - it would be a GUARANTEED 6 months without pain.........
(aggravated arthritis in every major joint,
diabetic, pedal edema, sleep apnea,
congestive heart problems, osteo-
arthritis of the knee, weakened tendons
in both ankles, rotated pelvic bones,
deteriorating disk in lower lumbar,
L5 lumbar section fused to tail bone,
etc. etc. etc.)
And no, I wouldn't need company - it'd drive anyone else insane...

sure, why not?
I wouldn't want anyone beside me though, I would just want to be by myself and see what it's like in the forest. I would want to be a pine tree, so I'll be nice and warm.
