No Way......I hate people that litter. I live on a California beach and after holidays we have people that "sweep the beaches". they line up and walk the beach and pick up crap like ciggy butts. Just at one of the beaches they picked up 2000 ciggy butts. Disgusting! I think they should all be fined and/or arrested. It's so awful what it does to the beaches.

no,i carry a bag in my car for litter,but i did get stopped for a road check today.they were checking for license,registration,insurance,inspection and stuff like that.but i had all that good stuff.
