Maybe try a different bed, sleep on the couch, pillows between your legs. Unfortunately pregnancy and comfort aren't usually used in the same sentence at this stage of your pregnancy. At least your on the downhill side. Hang in there...of course there is not much choice really!! Most importantly, DON'T TAKE ANYTHING UNLESS YOU ASK YOUR DOCTOR FIRST. Best of luck to you and your new little one.

Your body has to accommodate for the pending supply, so your youngster is pressing in your pelvis. The strain makes your pelvis open up so that the youngster can safely be delivered naturally. The web site under says your body produces a hormone that makes the ligaments in your pelvis looser, permitting for the movement of your pelvic bones. And that the agony is usual and anticipated. More often than not no medication or medication is required. If one side of your pelvis turns out to be so much looser than the opposite side you can also accept a pelvic support belt to compensate. So, subsequent consult with to your OB, make sure you mention the ache and they'll do any tests they in finding must be carried out. I've never recognized any individual to desire a pelvic support belt, and i've an extraordinarily giant household. There are 24 cousins in my iteration alone, and all the gals have had as a minimum one youngster, that is 12 pregnancies. (i've an equal number of lady and boy cousins, born in a boy-lady-boy-lady pattern. It is bizarre, however at the least it helps me recall everyones relative age.) in case you are very involved, just name your general practitioner's workplace Monday and they may be able to explain it additional. For the reason that I do not know your medical historical past, what I have got to say will not be accurate for you. But most women expertise pelvic soreness when they're at your stage of being pregnant. Just recognize that future pregnancies possible won't have a lot ache concerned at this point. Also, nervousness concerning the agony will simplest magnify it to your mind. Try a relaxing tub, if you're allowed, or a heat shower. Routinely with a view to chill out you and maintain the soreness at a minimal.

I really feel for you!! I am so sorry, the same thing happened to me with my last pregnancy. I could not sleep for the last three months. It was terrible. I can suggest to take sleeping pills. Simply sleep bt tylenol is good. And it is ok to take when pregnant. Also they make a sleepytime tea, that always relaxed me. But for the most part sleep is going to be hard to get, Hope it gets better.

Try playing some soothing music. Classical music helped me sleep when I was pregnant. I had been taking prescription sleeping pills before getting pregnant and even though my OB/GYN told me it was still safe to take them I didn't want to take the risk and the music really helped.
