im not sure what it weighs but your gullbladder is small so i would be surprised if it weighed that much unless it was infected or bad. my daughter needs to have hers out and they never said anything like that to her, id talk to your Dr. and see what he says. if you have an ultrasound they should be able to tell you how big it is.
