I feel all answers are wrong.Hindus depend on sun rise and sunset for calculation the earth rotation in terms of other planetary movements(in terms of latitude and longitudes.)They compose all these aspects in to a book. But Sun sign depends on the date of birth and month of birth it is nothing to do with time and place of birth
