Hit the running back as hard as you can every play, eventually he is going to get scared and start running sloppy. Learn to watch the QB with your whole attention, watch his eyes, know when to drop back in coverage.

i played lineman so what would get to me was a really fast linebacker, so get your speed up, get stronger, if your just as strong or stronger than the lineman you will dominate, practice rips, bullrushes, and speed kills, i was fast so that made me a good lineman, so if your faster than the gaurds and get past them your good, once you beat the line, its all you from there

be fast and strong, and make sure u love to hit. always remember BCR (bootleg, counter, reverse), and stay at home. play the run, but remember the pass.
