Want to start a small business in my home village I have no educated people, all I have is only manpower?

I am a software engr but want to do some small scale business to develope my home village. All I have is the only unlimited manpower, they are NOT educated. I want to earn lots of money and want to spend the same for the village (ofcourse I will take something for my own life....) to create the basic necessities like education, roads, health etc
