What are some good bicep workouts i can do at home for mass and defintion? I hear pushups are mostly triceps? is that right? so any suggestions?

Remember muscles always pull not push. bicep curls are very good. All you have to do is get some weights and stand straight and lift it to about chest height. Hope this helps. Can you please register in my forum.

attempt sevens, get a barbell, curl it from the backside til a pair of million/2 way up seven circumstances, then seven from halfway as much as the best, then seven finished barbell curls, burns like a b*tch
