Most governments of democratic countries harped on a kinder gentler society but yet at elections' time they don't get all the votes
they were hoping for. I believe there are at least 30 to 40% of nationals who feel that they don't belong because no political parties have ever consciously and conscientiously reached out to these groups of people.in terms of a clearcut policy to really address their problems of one kind or another. As examples, the aged, the sick, the ex-criminals, the business failures, the poor and those struggling to make ends meet, the jobless etc. etc.
