yes! I was one once, and the stuff i heard...most of the time it left me speechless...and some times it was uncomfortable...one lady came in and i asked how she was and what i could do for her and she needed her hair done in town one last time because her husband didnt want her any more cause he was dating her daugher she cried and cried.....fastest perm and hair cut i ever did

Used to be a hairdresser. Yes and No. Some people would tell you lots of personal things to get it off their chests...but for the most part I don't think they tell their hairdresser everything. I think a bartender would hear alot more as people drink more. People tend to really talk once alcohol hits their system.

I don't but I've heard other people telling all of their business. I think hairdressers and taxi drivers hear more people's problems than psychologists and psychiatrists do!

no..i dont even talk to tjem. i only tell them how to cut and then shut my mouth. i dont know hwo to get in a convo with the person i only see a few times a year

well, no, but they can seem to drag stuff out of me that others can't. I suppose anyone you trust enough to take a pair of scissors to your hair, you trust with a lot of other things as well. think about it.
