My heart is what lies and beats beneth me.
My heart is what only i can feel and no one else.
One beat at a time waiting for the next
not knowing when it'll stop and take a rest.
But living life to the fullest
and enjoying every second left you have
It's probably better not to know when it's the end
but it's better to think of it as a fresh start instead.
Breath every breath
laugh every laugh
Cherish every moment before it's gone.
Because once it's gone you'll never get it back.
I'm not a great speller but i tried!
I can't really think of a tittle!!! Help?

Just a bit of critique:
I'm not sure the start of the poem gels with the end part
If you are going with a pattern of 2 lines, then keep with that, but if you want one line to end it, don't have 3 lines together, have 2 then 1.
And don't start with 'but' 'and' 'because' you could have a better flow if you just got rid of those words at the start of lines altogether eg:
Living life to the fullest
Enjoying every second left you have
