Register your business with the concerned local governments to operate a business and get the necessary permits. Then register your business with the Tax Office to avoid being charged with tax evasion. That's it, you can now operate your business and reap profits.

your CA should be able to guide u ..: decide the name of firm and immediately apply for shop and establishment certificate... u will be required to show the lease/owner of the commercial establishment, partnership deed if any, this is done with the area municipal ward office..the officer will visit your premises to check the ethnicity... attendance register, officers visit book etc are to maintained... he guide and will charge u for his guidance...a certificate will be issued which is to displayed at the entrance of you office... (2) than registration with income tax and service tax. all this your accountant/ca will help....all the best
