I reeeally want to make my own website but I don't want the last part to be for example .tripod.com I just want it to be .com so it can be easy to go to ... got any suggestions? Oh it has to be FREE

Most web hosting services have their own site layout tools that you can use, but honestly the best program is already on your computer. Either Notepad (windows) or TextEdit (mac). If you do a search on "how to" and "HTML" you should find a lot of pages on the internet that teach you HTML. It's better to know the basics and do hard coding before moving on to professional programs. I know this because I had an ex gf that is better with web design than I am, but she always used Dreamweaver. However, when she went for a web designer position, they asked her one question and she didn't know the code because she was used to the program doing all the work, when it would have benefited her to learn how to hard code first.

Nothing is free, but domain names are very cheap these days. . . go to http://www.register.com if you have a $50 spending limit, you can get a domain name and hosting for that. Hosting will only run you $5 or so per month at http://www.godaddy.com and you will have a professional website.
