To ask someone to join your gang, go to your hood and find some of your fellow Grove Street gang members (dressed in green).
Aim at them, like you're going to shoot them, but press UP. (Don't shoot them). They usually accept, and run towards you or follow you. You usually hear them say "I'm down for whatever" or something high-spirited like that. If they decline you'll usually see them wave you off with their hands, like they don't want any part of it. And you might hear them say something like "sorry".

Simple just press R1+right button when u see a person.The max of this game is 5 gang member when u finish the games.
