I'm afraid that I can't answer this question without context. "ctr" could stand for a number of different things, so the environment in which it is found will help to rule out meanings that are not applicable.

For example, if we were talking about stage directions, then "ctr" would probably stand for center (as in a stage direction indicating that an actor should move to center stage). If we were talking about this in an industrial context, on the other hand, then "ctr" could stand for "cutter," "controller," "computer," "center," and any one of a number of other things.

So...could you add some context here, please?
