It depends on your skin type. I know its hard because you aren't in the "pimply" range or the "wrinkles" range. You just need something to cleanse and maintain your skin.
If you aren't sure of your skintype just find a basic cleanser for normal skin. If you wear makeup be sure to wash twice. Once of the makeup and once for your skin.

It depends on your skin type and whether you wear foundation regularly. It can even depend on where you live - some air is dirtier and really affects your skin. I would say as gentle a cleanser as it takes to make you feel like your skin is clean. Then moisturize even if you feel oily you can still need a moisturizer. I prefer the Bioelements line but find one you can afford and you feel takes care of your skin.

Cetaphil-- it's the most gentle cleanser around. You can use it on your face and also as a body wash. It removes eye make up so you don't need a separate cleanser for your eyes. It softens your skin so beautifully! Dermatoligists recommend it highly!!
