I haven't had a period in 3 months. Not pregnant (blood tests as proof). Im slowly gained weight over the last 4 years, even after coming off the pill a year ago.
I work out 5 days a week, cardio and Weights and I eat a balanced, healthy diet of organic foods.
Im getting heavier, tried water retention pills. Can't shift the weight and my skin is awful. Migraines galore too.
I had my thyroid tested (TSH only a few months back) - came back 5.5 (I think)
Could this be my hormones out of whack? or a digestive thing?

Thanks for the responces so far.Ive had migraines since I was a child and seen just about every specialist out there on them. They seem to come around more when I am "due on" and the usual migraine triggers. (foods, environmental etc).

Update: Went to Docs, having blood tests PCOS (hormones screw up Ovaries and cause ovarian Cysts). No results yet.
