Is the SPF in makeup and moisturiser enough for sun protection?

I have moisturiser and foundation with SPF 20 in both items. Is this enough protection for standard use during the day? Not for actually going out in the sun but for driving to work and generally getting around.

Its OK, but you still have to constantly apply the moisturizer or makeup through out the day...even in the winter and when its cloudy.

I would think so. if you want to be extra safe you could just buy sunscreen that is made to go under make-up. that's what i use.
