I ask guys that. Ones that I have no interest for and just are like, things to talk to. Sad, but true. I just like to flatter myself, and honestly, it sounds like she is doing that. If she is asking you, "Aren't my nails pretty?" "What do you think?" and if she looks at her nails while she asks, she doesn't like you, she likes your compliments.

She likes her nails and consider you as her one of the Good Friends. That's why she always asks you about her nails,which she thinks are very nice. I think you got a good friend. Ask her out whether she likes you or not,if the answer is no still you won't lose a good friend,and if the answer is yes then...

It really depends...she may think you are a little feminine.
I would just ask her out if I were you, take out the guesswork...the worst thing she could say is no. And you really dont seem that interested...give it a chance, ask her out.

yes because maybe she likes you and you're not paying enough attention to her yourself so she's asking you questions about her so you'll have to compliment/comment on her.
And no she could be totally self absorbed and just thinking outloud.
