I can't believe those stores that have those ignorant employees wearing "ASK ME" pins when they can't answer the simplest of questions! GRR

These people are for decoration purpose only.Save your breath and file complaint to the management every time you walk into the store and go to their website if they have one when you have time,regularly,complain.You will see the difference.

I know!

Last year, on the sale after Thanksgiving, the lousy manager at Staples couldn't stop to answer a single dumb question. 20 people were following him, until finnaly, an ederly man scolded him. The manager apparently had anger management, and yelled at him about how much work he had been doing to "help" people like him. I expect he was fired eventually >:)

Oh my god finally it happend to someone else but me. They are lazy and untrained half the time if you bring in a flyer they will tell you that the dont sell it but there it is on the cover of the flyer. Drives me crazy too.
