Yes, completely normal. Stress wreaks havoc with food intake, certainly. Some people can't stop eating, and others can't even look at food. The diarrhea is normal, too, as stress really messes with the digestive tract. This is especially common with women; we're much more likely to get IBS. Fun, eh? And stress does crazy stuff with your menstrual cycle, too, birth control or no.

It really sounds as if you're having a bad time of it. What you should do is concentrate on getting yourself through this and managing your stress as best as possible. With fiance problems, I'm not going to say that you should calm down, but you should pamper yourself a bit. Do some yoga, take some walks, get a manicure, have a nice long chat with your best friend, whatever you usually do when you're stressed. Keep drinking that water and keep trying foods. What do you usually eat when you've got a stomach flu? Maybe you'll be able to keep down crackers. Or maybe you can go with comfort foods that make you feel happy. Don't worry too much about it, though. Bodies are very resilient. If it does worry you, try drinking juices and Gatorade and anything with calories and try to take a multivitamin. That way, at least you won't get scurvy.

looking after a tiny toddler that's helpless and might't inform you what is incorrect yet can scream to enable you recognize something incorrect is obviously stressful. a toddler that age does not have the recommendations progression to start and stop recommendations. So, if it feels warm or chilly or hungry or bored it is going to cry, and that's stressful to stop crying. It does no longer mean that the baby continues to be warm or chilly or hungry. you have probably seen older toddlers (or maybe some adults) who've a tantrum and get caught contained in the tantrum even after regardless of set off off the tantrum has ended. babies cry. attempt to no longer panic or to experience that that's an illustration which you have have been given executed something incorrect. extraordinarily quickly, your toddler will initiate crying when you consider which you supply interest while it cries, even with the undeniable fact that that's no longer developed sufficient yet to place the two issues mutually. i'm unsure if that supplies you something to seem forward to, yet I point out it to augment that babies cry, and that's no longer when you consider which you're doing something incorrect. You section stable mom, and your toddler will quickly advance out of this section.

I'm not sure about all of it, but the period being early can be from stress. As far as the stomach problems, I'm not sure. There are usually public health nurses in every county you could call and ask what you could do. Or, call the hospital and ask to speak to a nurse on duty. I called one time about flu symptoms and she gave me suggestions without telling me that I had to come see a doctor.

it sounds more like a psychological ailment then anything...not physical. Just make yourself eat something and add to that alottment weekly. You should be fine. (with the ifo given, this is my assesment, assuming you cannot see a medical expert that can run tests)
