Okay, 4 of your faves listed are from the same Director/Writer/Producers. Those would be:
Airplane!
The Naked Gun
So, you should check out other movies this same team did:
Such as their first one, the classic:
The Kentucky Fried Movie
Airplane 2: The Sequel!
Hot Shots!
Top Secret!
(the other Naked Gun movies)
Also, you state you liked the Scary Movies. These same guys took over the Scary Movie franchise for Scary Movie (s) 3, 4 and the upcoming 5! The first 2 were done by the Wayans brothers, who were busy doing 'White Chicks' (pretty good) and 'Little Man' (avoid this one at all costs!).

I just got through watching one, the movie, "Topper Takes a Trip" and the sequel, "Topper Returns", is on now....TCM....the Topper movies stars Roland Young as Topper and Billie Burke (Glinda the Good Witch) as Mrs. Topper....they made quite a few and I think Cary Grant was in one of them and a lot of the good actors from the classic era..good comedy...*Topper was the first movie in the series and Cary grant and Constance Bennett are in it as well as the two toppers and it is said to be the funniest in the series...
