Batman, because he is much more smarter, adoptable as a superhero, and a self made man. He doesn't need to depend on superpowers to win.

Superman of course. Batman is just a normal guy with no self preservation hangups. Spiderman was in the wrong place at the wrong time and got bitten by a spider. Superman has the powers from birth and only Kryptonite can stop him, so unless Spidey or Batty gets some Kryptonite then Superman wins hands down

I am gonna choose Batman. I think he has the most toys to help him take on Superman and Spider-Man.

Batman because he's rich enough to buy radioactive raid to use on Spiderman and Krytonite bullets to use on Superman.
