For example would a four day test or seven day test result in a better game?

Hank why would you want it changed,they have messed around enough with format....Leave it be as mostly games are either won or lost on 4th day anyway...

Once aussies lose the oldies they will quickly come back to field watch this space.....McGrath Warne Gilchrist etc anyway 5 day Tests the only way to go.........Leave it alone..Cheers

6 or 7 days would be better to make sure it is harder to play for a tied test and means more results (not just draw a winner and a loser not a would be loser and would be winner if the side didn't play defensively) or give the sides 250 overs (half in one innings and the other half in the second innings {if needed} then play like an ODI where if one side doesn't get the riqired runs before getting out or the overs run out the team with the higher aggregate wins and a tie is when the aggregate is identical)

No. I love the format of Test cricket and I can’t see a single reason to change it. I am happy to experiment with the shorter version of the game but not Test cricket.

NO, 5 days is perfect (except in Pakistan, where you need to play timeless tests to get a result!)

don't mess with it
they spoilt the tv viewing last season with all the adds etc on the day games & it was spoilt in our opinion it moved far to fast it was just not cricket!!!!

no I think this schedule of 5 days is the right one; may be you can extend up to one day...
