I've been having my period since i was 12, and im getting ready to turn 15. The thing is, about 3 or 4 days before i get my period i get dizzy, i feel sick, and have some mood swings before my period! After those few day, and i do get my period it hurts so bad for the first 2 or 3 days, it feels like a person is jumping up and down on my lower stomache in freakin' high heels! I know im suppost to have cramps but i didnt know it was suppost to hurt this bad! i cant sleep hardly at all those nights, i just curl up in a ball with a heating pad. It helped at first but its starting to get a little more worse as i get older. Is there anything i can do to get this to stop? i was thinking about birthcontrol, but i dont know. At this point im willing to do anything to stop it from hurtign so bad. Also, i live with my dad so i dont have that older female advice thing goign for me. If birthcontrol is the answer how should i approach him with this without making it weird. Please help me :((

show him the following articles:
i know that it is embarassing...but he can not read you mind...and if he has a good relationship with you, he will understand and hopefully be empathetic....
you may want to talk to the school nurse...go to the health department...
yes, you may been to be on birthcontrol to help...but he may need to talk to a health care person to get beefed up on his daughter's maturation...he may be just as embarassed to talk to you as you are to him....try it...
DAD...we need to talk....
good luck

I'm 37 and I experience terrible cramps the very first day, along with nausea, vomiting and dizziness.

I also had surgery to remove endometriosis 6 years ago which made the pain from the cramps even worse.

I would go see you gynecologist.

I am a 31 y/o female and my advice is just ask him to take you to a doctor. If the doctor bring up birth control as a way to help the pain ask the dr to talk to your dad about it. Please though go see a doctor cause cramos are normal but the dizziness isnt.

Did you get a pregnancy test? They have some over-the-counter meds you can take for period pain at drugstores.

See a dr?

Yellow on your knickers is subjective. If it rather is brownish yellow then sure yet yellow discharge sounds infectious. once you era is over confirm you dont see this nastiness on your drawers.
