My daughter is unsure who the father is of her unborn child.
Her husband is white and her boyfriend is Mexican. In the sonograms it shows the baby with lots of hair and it looks dark. Both my daughter and her husband are blond headed.

You're going to have to wait until the baby is born to find out, either visually or through a paternity test.

A sonogram is a black and white photo: all babies look "dark." As for the hair, it means nothing. The baby could have a head full of dark hair that falls out and grows in blond. Again, since it's a black and white photo, it's difficult to actually see the hair color. My son's hair looked dark in the sonogram, but he was born a redhead.

I feel bad for your son-in-law. He may get the shock of his life in the delivery room.

she has a husband and a boyfriend??? i'm confused! well to answer ur question, a sonogram can't tell u if a baby is mexican or white!! just cuz it has dark hair does not mean it is mexican...most kids have dark hair when they are born but end up having blonde hair or something.....um just wait till the baby is born and take a paternity test!

The only way for her to know for sure is to have a paternity test. Even when the baby is born it is hard to tell just based on looks. What if the baby looks like her, but not either guy?

Also, my cousin is white and her husband is Mexican. When their daughter was born her skin was very light. It has gotten darker as she gets older.

What kind of sonogram shows how dark the skin is? But no you can not tell what race a baby is my a sonogram she will need to have a DNA test.

...first off you should know that the hair the baby currently has is not at all the color hair or even the same hair he-she will have at about 9 weeks of life....second off...No you cannot tell its race in a sonogram...good lord most of the time the docs are only 85% sure of the sex....

lol, you certainly can't unless it is a 3D the sonogram will be black and white, even the 3D is not color. To me, babies look funny in ultrasounds, however, even a black baby is born almost white, it takes a while for them to get their actual color, so i think that you should not worry about it at this point. wait till the baby is born and tell your daughter to have a dna test to see which one is the dad.

No. Even if the child was Mexican and had darker skin, the skin wouldn't turn dark until after the child is born. Also, just because the child has dark hair doesn't mean it's Mexican either. Alot of babies are born with dark hair but it usually falls out and comes back lighter.

in case you get a competent shot inbetween the legs confident it somewhat is often VERY glaring. Its the two gonna be a hotdog or hamburger. LOL no count if it somewhat is a physique profile %usually you wont be waiting to tell because of the fact the toddler's thigh would be blockading the view. while i substitute into approximately 17 weeks with my son as quickly because of the fact the dr positioned the wand on my abdomen all i observed substitute into my little guy unfold eagle. i began giggling because of the fact it substitute into so glaring and she or he didnt even would desire to tell me. So for people who bypass in for yet another ultrasound be certain which you do enable the tech understand which you dont wanna understand and to supply you with a warning if something happens to pop up in view. Congrats!!

pigmentation of the skin and hair doesnt show up on a baby until after the 22nd week of pregnancy, and sometimes the color isnt complete until a year after birth. there really isnt way to tell so soon. unless you have a fetal paternity test taken.

I'll say this, you dont know for sure without a paternity test, but most white babies are bald, most mexican babies have lots of hair
