If you feel you are ready for broadway you could get an agent. I'd take acting for the rest of highschool and some college before i go to broadway though unless you are like.... extremely talented.

Unless you have one *hell* of a resume of work, your chances are extremely slim. Even if you do, they're still not great. There are literally thousands of struggling actors around New York looking to "make it" on Broadway. Broadway productions are also generally union shows. While I'm not too sure about the details, that usually means you have to me a member of Actors' Equity to do the show (or an appropriate union for your trade).
That said, try Backstage magazine. I don't know the URL off hand- google "Backstage New York" and you should be able to find it. The classified section in that advertises a huge number of auditions all over the city. And look into finding an agent. Working with a good agent would help a lot with both finding and actually getting auditions for much of anything.

Most Broadway auditions are submission only, that is an agent has to submit you.
You can checkout playbill.com, backstage, etc.
But most of the time to get an audition for a Broadway musical, you would need to already be an Equity. (Another good place to check is the New York Equity office.)
Most of the time, the Agent is the best way to go, as the casting information is sent to the Agents, so they know what they know what the producers are looking for in the roles.
