i am philipino,can i travel to mexico w/o visa?

Probably not, I live in Mexico, believe they require visa from everyone. Do you live in the Phillipines or in the U.S.? Mexico does not have an Embassy or Consulate in the Phillipines. You can go to the web site listed ,below,. click "English version " on the right side of the page, then "consular services" on the left. Choose the consulate nearest you and contact them for info.

YES..........Just use the same path a wet back used to return to Mexico. Easy...guides are available for a reasonable amount.
