if it were a stranger, i suggest you stay away, since... um, you dont usually ask about a person's bra size to someone you met two seconds ago.

if it were a GUY.... that maybe knows you a little, I would say maybe he either wants to buy you lingerie or ughhh.... he may wanna get to know your breasts. But then again, he might just be a pervert.

If it's a guy, he either is trying to buy his wife a bra, and she is about your size, or he is just being a nosy perv, and wants to check you out.
If it's a girl asking your size, maybe she wants to know, so she can figure out her size. I was asked this once by a lady in a store. She said she had a similar size as me, and wanted to know my size, in order to be able to buy her self a bra. Not all women know their size I guess.
Let's hope the girl is being legitimate, and not checking you out.

It would depend on who's asking. If it's some guy in the elevator than you might have a stalker? On the other hand if it is a close friend or a relative they may be planning on buying you some for a present.
