No. There are many software packages which advertise that they do that, but it is technically not possible to block everything.

Instead, have your children use the internet responsibly, and don't let "it" alone keep them company, as you might do with tv for excample. The internet is not a child-friendly place.

Assuming you have internet explorer try this. Right click on the icon. Open "content" tab. There should be a content advisor there. Click on "enable" and this will take you to the options of what you want to have controled.

There are plenty of software packages out there that block most porn sites. However, if you have internet access porn is always going to find a way through. It cannot be stopped.

If your ISP is Comcast, they offer Mcafee Privacy Service for free. I use it for both my teen and my younger child. It has time controls, too.
