i havent taken the SAT's yet, but i have a 4.0 unweighted Gpa and a 4.8 weighted. im in a bunch of clubs, i work hard, and i have a couple hundred service hours. can i get into an ivy league college?

You can compare you scores to the scores of kids who were admitted to top schools by visiting the websites of the schools. Just about all of them have some section where they tell the SAT scores and ranks in class of the last admitted class. One of the things about the elite schools is that they get thousands of applicants who have high scores, but they also are looking for something more - what have you done that shows that you are passionate about succeeding - national medal in science? State champion in sports, best speaker in a regional debate tournament? What have you done that shows that you are outstanding in some way - then they will think about whether to offer one of their precious seats to you. With 15000 applying for 1500 seats, they have to turn down a lot of kids who are ONLY a high GPA.

Depends, some colleges in ivy require so much, but if you try hard enough you can get there.

do you do sports? my friend got into UPenn pre med, he was valedictorian, and he got a perfect score on his SATs. why dont you just apply and see what happens. its sound good so far.
