well i know it is easy for me to say since i am not the one in this situation but try going up to him and starting a normal conversation

dig deep hole, on hill side, next get base ball bat , next hit boy with baseball bat next drag boy till hole, next through boy in hole, name boy filipoo, cover up whole leave for days at a time ......very importsnt do not tell anyone about boy in whole, give no food or water, let delerium set in, wait 2 or three weeks "rescue" boy claim to him in hole...you are then his savior......if that dont work try this go to his house bring friend get her drunk and let him have sex with both of you.....the sure to boys hard is thought his penis

well I would first try to you know just to get to know him and then like start talking to him all the chances you get and then gradualy start flirting with him and just keep flirting with him more and more and if he goes for it then you know he likes you but just make sure you don't move to fast. Things like that may take time and you have to be willing to wait for him if you really like him that much. but if he kind of likes you to then he will go for it quik and then there is no worrys bc the faster you give it to him that is if he likes you then the faster things will go

If you want him to notice you just try to talk to him and try to be his friend. Ask him out if your bold enough even thoguh to be honest I wouldn't. I would try to be his friend first so you at least know a little about him.
