Assuming that this yard isn't 1X80 m, I'd think that an electric model would be great. The thing to look for is if a cord will reach to the ends of the yard.

Electric have several advantages -- they start every time, and don't have emissions issues like their petrol counterparts.

Petrol. They tend to have tougher engines, but do require some maintenance. 80 square meters that are uneven may wear out an electric engine quickly. Happy mowing.
