Vaginal secretions are anything that comes out of your vagina. They are self-cleaning organs, so they're constantly sloughing off cells and getting rid of stuff. It's why women's panties have the lining. It's a good thing. Also, it's a good way to tell if you have an infection. The secretions will have a weird texture and/or color and will smell bad.
