Actually both the books which said 23rd of October is Libra and those which said it is Scorpio are correct--but only half correct. The Sun's movements through the Signs do not correspond with the calendar if we have be very accurate. It depends on the country and state of birth( different places have different time zones), the hour, minute and year of birth.
Those born on the 23rd of October are thus encouraged to try a free sample reading to determine the true Sign.
