GIFT CARDS. every girl loves giftcards. that gives her an option to buy whatever she wants. umm commerce bank makes a gift card. it works like a credit card and she can use it anywehre. umm at a beauty store even though she doesnt wear make up. u can get her like sets of lip gloss. thats always cute. good luck !

You can get a CD for her from the bigger pop and hip-hop artists, or maybe a CD player. Fill a small bag with little spa items like moisturizers, creams, and the hand soaps in the little bottles that smell so good... maybe take her on a small shopping spree in target where you two just spend the day together trying on stuff and just being crazy before letting her choose some clothes she likes.

My 13 year old has asked for gift certificates to her favorite stores for the past couple years. I decide the amount and she can get what she likes. It's worked really well, plus we get to spend some fun time together when we go together to spend them!

Kids love money or vouchers so they can buy stuff they like. I'd suggest a voucher at a nearby music store, or even target.
Other than that, a cheap electronic diary/organiser would be cute, like this or even a pretty diary she can write in.

well i think bath and body works will be great.
if you buy their small or medium gift sets...it should be somewhere around $10-$15
