I'm gonna take a stab at this:
Fear breeds hate, becuase you hate what you fear, because it makes you scared
Hate breeds fear, because you are scared of dealing with what you hate

Why can't I fear something without hating it? I fear being run over by a car, but I do not hate cars. This conflation of hate and fear is merely a social science construct and the result of typological and discontinuous thinking. The only way hate and fear are connected is that they are amygdala mediated emotions.

The Bible says, "There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love." ( I John 4: 18)
Therefore you can't hate something without fearing it because the opposite of hate is love and there is no fear in love. Therefore, there must be fear in hate and vice-versa.

One can hate without fear and one can fear without hate. Those emotions are usually connected because one usually hates what scares him or her and in reverse too.

I think you are wrong, deep inside our heart we usually used hate as a cover up to our fear,
why we should hate someone if she or he is not a treat to us, physically, emotionally or what else.
usually we used hate to intimidate others..
I think the right thing is fear and hate is precursor to each other.
If you fear it will turn to hate at a certain time.. and if you hate something or someone beacuse you feared on him.
thank you.

Regarding the psychological dynamics of fear and hate, FEAR is first generated due to a "threat" of one's security, i.e. a heterosexual insecure in his masculine sexuality and identity is "threatened" by the presences of homosexuality. This threat results in the manifestation of FEAR of loosing or assaulting his sexual status. A defensive reactionary mechanism of HATE materializes a diametrically antipodal repulsive reaction that is actually a mirrored reflection, for we HATE that which is something in us that we FEAR to confront. If the individual is psychologically incapable of controlling this reactionary mechanism, it will then precipitate to the final level, being an “offensive manifest action”, say homophobic Gay bashing or a Hate Crime. Hence, we “think” what we HATE is “different” from us, but in reality we HATE that which is “like” us. This is encapsulated in the Trans-Universal Laws of repulsion and attraction where like attracts like and differences repels differences as in electromagnetic polarity; the same magnetic polarities “repel” (they do not attract), and the diametrically antipodal magnetic polarities “attract” (they do not repel).

No, you can fear things without hatred, like death, or holidays, or embarassment, things you are uncertain of, like uncertain changes.
