Unplug the power, open up the case, blow/clean out the dust, find all the cooling fans, take the little seal off the shaft, and put a few drops of light machine oil (3 in 1) on it. Make sure the cabinet isn't jammed up against something which cuts off the vents. Listen and feel for the fan's operation after the case is back on. Try these things before you buy anything.

Your power supply fan and cpu fan likely have accumulated a lot of dust. Check your owners manual for directions to open your computer. Follow these and simply use a duster or a can of compressed air to clear the dust. If this does not work, call a reputable computer repair service.

I'd also strongly suggest you back up any data you have on your hard drive, in case disaster strikes and your computer becomes fried.

Try moving the pc to an area that has better air circulation, remove the cover and blow out as much dust as possible. If that don't work, also maybe try a small fan blowing directly on the pc itself.
