Does anyone know any good schools in or around IL that have have programs that allow me to design my own degree program, because I want to Study Musical Theatre and Get my Teaching Certification So I Can Teach Theatre and Music and Possibly dance, and teach Musical Theatre as a whole, but I cannot find a solution to this

If you cant find a program in IL then please go to another state. It is unlikely that you will find a college that will allow you to design your own program. Allow the colleges to do their job and focus on getting into a program that closely fits your desires.Try these sites. All the best!
