I don't know how to word this and no matter what, it sounds terrible. I'm thankful for the man and his family that so unselfishly donated his organs so that other people could live. This includes my brother in law who found out this Thanksgiving morning that he was going to get his kidney that he'd been waiting on for so long.

It has been the most wonderful Thanksgiving for our family. My heart goes out to the man and his family who is brain dead and donating his organs. This has to be their worst Thanksgiving ever.

To those that are so wonderful to donate their organs, I hope they know how grateful those that get their organs appreciate them and their kindness.

This family is so happy, but our hearts go out to the family that is losing their loved one. To all organ donors, thank you so much for all the lives that you do save.
