I think Notre Dame will win becuase last year they almost won. And this year they have all their main guys back. While USC lost Bush, Lienhart, White, and ect. Plus ND started to get better each week. USC idk about them they had alot of close calls they should be at least with 2 loses now or so.

with both teams with onyl 1 loss it makes for a tough decision.
I would have to say Notre Dame
Notre Dame lost to michingan who is ranked #2
USC lost to an unranked team.
The only problem that is created for Notre Dame is that they are not playing at home
