I didn't know conspiring to rape children was protected upon the 1st amendment. Where does it say that?
Southerners were violent enough to assassinate JFK and the Revered MLK, why can't they take out the head of this organization?
Sorry, I'm encouraging murder here. Why can't they 'imprison the pedophiles for life'?

It's one of the glitches in our system, they actually have to be caught doing something in order to be prosecuted.
But now, owning child porn and downloading it is thank good a prosecuting offense. So, they have really made strides. NAMBLA is a tiny disconnected organization now. But I think anyone who is a member should definately be prosecuted even by association and not committing an act, but intent to do so.
They are clearly a danger to our society.

Freedom of speech. As long as they keep their rhetoric to saying "people should be allowed to sleep with children", then it's still protected speech. It's when they pass into specifics, such as "I plan to sleep with children" or "people should be allowed to sleep with little Johnny Smith, who lives on Oak Street and whose mother doesn't get home from work until 5:30" that they move from having a protected opinion to criminal activity.

The power of government extend to ACTIONS only, and not opinions. The First Amendment guarantees the right of assembly and free expression to EVERYONE, not merely people whose opinions we agree with. But if they actually DO anything to a child, then and ONLY then throw the book at them.

after NAMBLA uses the bodes of children, then they hand them over to pelosi and ACLU to conduct ritual sacrifices to satan...
