I don't think you can unless you try to make an avator or create a 360 account. I know how you feel, I am not a man either, and i have tried everything but those are the two options, and yes, i am very dissappointed too! I'm sorry that there's not really anything you can do.

1) go to you yahoo answers profile by clicking "My Q&A"
2) The look for the picture of the man you are complaining about
3) a little under it should be a link that says edit your info
4) Scroll down a bit and you will see htree pictures in a row first one is the man you currently have you yahoo 360 picture (an even bigger man if you don't have one) and your avatar
5)click the one you want i am currently using my avatar

when you get to avatar home go to the Preferances and click on it. (top right) there will be a selection to change the gender

Click on your pic. then click edit profile then you can cahnge your pic.
