I'm looking for a class in cleveland by university circle that basically teaches the writing process, publishing, organizing, etc.

Try a community college or Evening College at the University near you. Call and talk to someone in the English department or American Thought and Language.

Go to your local Bookstore and in the Magazine section there is a magazine called "Poets and writers." In the back (and all through the publication actually.) there are advertisements for schools and seminars and writing classes all over the country.

Before paying the $5 for the magazine, you might want to try on line? I'm not sure if it is on line or not, but it doesn't hurt to try?
