I would see Bobby prior to Christmas. It is an excellent movie but I cried profusely during it and almost sobbed aloud, so it is too much of a downer; however, it may not affect you that day as I rememebr it well, used to memorize his speeches, and he wrote me and I feel him and JFK affected how I reared my kids so I felt a personal connection to the loss and perhaps it won't affect you tha way, but Christmas is a time for happy movies...not sure about the other two you mention..haven't seen them.
