We have a fake football league? oh, you mean powderpuff. I doubt it. like you said, most women are afraid of anything that might leave them hurt or winded. I don't see why though. We should have a league. I would play. The problem would be sensibility. Is it possible that a woman would try to change the uniform to make it more attractive? who knows? who's to say that it's a man's sport? I think it's a great idea, but would it be possible to get the funding? there's just too many questions about it.

By what definition do You use the word "real"? One presumes that You are in fact making a plea for the formation of a "professional league" of some description. I should well imagine that if You could get the breweries and fast food franchises involved You would have a chance at getting a start somewhere. With regards the equipment, that is a totally different matter. On the one hand You must be protected at all times, whilst on the other how long would it take before someone wanted to "feminize" the uniforms, reducing functionality in return for "glamor". Are there enough women (all ages, etc) who are prepared to be looked upon as being some sort of "freak" in order to gain the respect and admiration of the "real " football player? Go for the Touch down Girl!
(just a thought but surely the U.S. Military would have some kind of "League of Their Own (sorry about that)" or if They don't , why not?

The WNBA only exists reason the NBA subsidizes it. meaning that the NBA will pay off each and all of the money the league owes because it would not make any money by utilising itself. Its a freaking shaggy dog tale league. They get, what, 3000 in step with interest? WOW. women individuals's soccer could be even worse. no you are able to still circulate or care. it can be a finished waste of money. Sorry to burst your bubble however the only women individuals's expert activities that remember are tennis and to a pair quantity golfing.

Well I certainly do not think men are superior but men and women are different and are at their best when competing or entertaining in different ways.
I now enjoy watching girls basketball. In some ways I like it better because it is the style of play of when I was in school 25 yrs ago. Boys basketball now seems less skilled and just much faster. So it is possible in other things but I just don't think in football.
Funny you should ask, I just told my 5 yr old daughter that women are great at so many things but not football--sorry.

They did during WWI or II. Sorry, but women look goofy when trying to run with so much gear. Don't misunderstand me. Women have their strength, (such as child labor), but men have the advantage of physical strength, by far. It really is a man's sport.

NO, THEY NEVER WILL. I AM ALL FOR THE WOMEN'S MOVEMENT AND ALL THAT, I WAS A TOMBOY UNTIL JUST RECENTLY WHEN I GOT ENGAGED AND MARRIED, AND IM 22. FACT OF THE MATTER IS, NOONE WANTS TO SEE WOMEN RUSHING EACHOTHER. IT WOULD NOT BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY, AND IN ORDER FOR SOMEONE TO PAY FOR THE LEAGUE, THEY WOULD HAVE TO HAVE THE GARAUNTEE THAT THE PUBLIC WOULD BE INTERESTED ,A DN HAVE SPONSORS AND ADVERTISING AND TICKET SALES. IT WONT HAPPEN. TAKE A POLL.
