I have been with this company for almost 11 years. Over the last 2 years due to rapid expansion, salaries have been delayed almost every month. I hear via the grape vine that even our EPF contributions have been delayed. What makes it worse is most times we are not even told WHEN we can expect to receive our salaries. Also a bonus was declared for FYE 2005 but we have yet to receive the money. Can my company get away with this? What are my rights? Or are my choices just to live with it or else leave the company?

If it were me, I'd ask one question: Is the President's paycheck going to be late, too?

If the answer is "no", I'd be gone, and on my way to a lawyer, unemployment compensation, and to whatever means was best suited to find my next job.
