(question on greed and sacrifice...hypothetical so if you don't like being bothered with this stuff then don't bother answering)

For 5 million dollars would you volunteer to be part of a museum art exhibit as a nude statue for a year. The situation would be like this, an artist would recruit you, you'd show up at the studio, strip down, step on a pedestal, pose then, through the wonders of technology, turn you to stone. For a full year you would be on display with other people who decided to take part in the display fully aware and everything but unable to move. At the end of the year you would be changed back and paid in full.

Would you do it for 5 million dollars?

If so how would you want to be posed (assume the more 'interesting' the pose is the more money you'd make) and what rock would you want to be made out of?

If not how much money would something like that take?

If you want you can describe in detail but I'm just trying to see what people will do for money.

lol. thats a good question.

my answer: assuming that all your needs are taken care of and never need...to 'unpose' to take care of them, and that all your flaws are either covered up or disapper, then yes. i would probably do it. On the fully aware thing, it would probably be interesting to see how people react to you (because America is full of pervs...so they take everything seriously). now, for the pose, i take it that you are saying...the more you bare the more you get paid right? well, if you get MORE money for MORE you bare (or whatever) then heck yeah! i mean come on, everyone has seen 'girl parts' or 'boy parts' at least once in their life (and a definatly if you are that gender) so it wouldnt be a huge shocker to see a statue (an inanimate object) naked now would it?
pose, the more you bare, the more you get paid..full frontal or whatever. on the type of stone...im not to sure..maybe onyx. lol because its black.

but anywayz, i hope my answer did not bore you to tears. lol..but like i said, that is a good question. (and im not sucking up to get my answer chosen :P)

Its awfully tempting for even if one were a bit on the shy side but the time of feeling a bit embarrassed would be very brief and this would not be comprimising my principles for nudity is considered in good taste in a museum. Would pose as being Demure (would not be tasteful to go into details for children click on this site very frequently)Being turned to stone I'd prefer Marble for it never dulls but always Shines and at the end of the year 5million dollars-Sweet. But there'd have to be a contract written and a quarantee in the contract that within that year as stone no effect on health would, could occur. But alas could not do this for have resposiblities for have pets very dear to me and have a close relationships with all of my pets. They'd miss me terribly and wouldn't undertand why I was suddenly gone. My Bunny is going on 13 years & that is just ancient in rabbit years and doubt she'd still be here in a year and my cat is approx 17 and she's my little companion. My dog I took in as a stray and whoever had him severely abused him and took a long time to gain his trust and now he's a happy dog. The people that are dear to me would know and understand and probably wish me well But I could not for ANY AMOUNT OF MONEY abandon my pets .Besides this life is short and just a temporary stop until we return back home and money there has no value but Love does

Yes I would! Your 5 million dollars just bought you a year of my life.

How would I want to be posed? More money you say? Well the 5 million is a given for the nudity, so no need to get greedy.

So the position and what stone wouldn't matter to me.

Nude, on a pedestal, silent for a year? 5 million in the bank...........

I don't think five million dollars is enough to keep me away from my kids for a year. It would have to be a lot more, like 100 million! For that much, the pose would be like jumping for joy, arms and legs spread out like in a jump, head up in the air so I wouldn't have to see people staring at me and maybe the stone should be marble.

Sure - you can't feel undignified if you're covered in stone. I would take the 12 month hiatus to try and get my head around the concept of infinity....wouldn't be much else to do....and it's not an unproductive thing to do with one's time

I would choose marble and I would do the Lady Godiva thing on a marble horse.

After 12 months - hey presto $5 million - where do I sign up?

That is tough because you could do a lot of things with that money. But at the same time it's also a year of your life were everyone moves on without you. I don't think I could just tell my loved ones, I am going to have zero contact with you for a year. Instead, I'm going to be turned into sedimentary rock.

Hmm good hypothetical question.. I alwasy ask my boyfriend these types of questions... I dont think I would.. I love life to much to miss out on a whole year... 5 mill is a lot, but not enough for that kind of sacrifice.. I mean I really visualized it... it would suck, maybe for Oprahs bank accont, but not 5 million

I'd be greedy. I'm not going to lie, for 5 million dollars I would do. Well I would have a year ago, but now I couldn't leave my daughter for an entire year.

Hell yeah - I'm not ashamed of the 'boys'.

I'd like to be made out of marble and wouldn't really care about the pose. I'd be thinking about how to spend 5 mill
